| WHERE: | Camp Mountaineer. Take I-68 Exit 1. South on 119 about five miles. Road to the camp is on left just past the Dairy Mart. Follow the signs. |
| WHEN: | 5K Run and 5K Walk start at 10:00. Kid's Run just prior to the 5Ks. Race day registration and packet pick-up 9:00 - 9:45. |
| FREE CHOLESTEROL LOADING: Hot dogs, chips, cookies and drinks. BRING THE FAMILY! | |
| COURSE: | Many potholes have been filled, so it is much more level than last year. Some dirt roads, some trails, some paths, some logs, .......something for everyone! Note: the race director reserves the right to modify the course depending upon his mood the morning of the race. |
| AWARDS: | 5K RUN: Top fifteen male. Top fifteen female.
5K WALK: Top five male. Top five female. Also, awards given to "sweatiest finisher", "shouldn't have worn new shoes", etc. All participants in the Kid's race will receive a T-shirt & award. |
| PRIZE MONEY: | $15.00, (not fifteen hundred, note the decimal) for a
course record in the runs.

| T-SHIRTS: | People would kill for last year's shirt. They will do even more for this year's shirt. MUST Pre-register to be guaranteed a shirt. |
